LIMAGRAIN CÉRÉALES INGRÉDIENTS (LCI) ACHIEVES FOURTH BRITISH RETAIL CONSORTIUM 'GRADE A' AWARD TO COMPLETE BRC CERTIFICATION OF ALL ITS PROCESSING PLANTS
“Our DAFA Bakery ingredients production and mixing workshop underwent the BRC (British Retail Consortium) audit in October 2011 and was awarded Grade A,” say Anne Lionnet and Thierry Desgrousilliers, quality managers at LCI. “This successful result means that all four of our industrial food sites are now BRC Grade A certified.”

LCI has launched Westhove LV rice, a gluten-free flour with a low viscosity which allows the convenient incorporation of an ingredient that is naturally rich in complex carbohydrates and low in fat into cereal beverages.
