Our Ennezat mill and our westhove facility have received Kosher and Halal certification and meet the highest level of compliance by the British Retail Consortium. Our westhove brand conforms to HACCP and it is certified as 'Agriculture Biologique' (Organic).
To strengthen our operational excellence, we have established, a TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) - a continuous improvement strategy born in Japan in the 1970s. It aims, through the participation of all employees of the company, to improve the performance of our production lines.
We also guarantee, for all of our brands, a quality IP in alignment with the most recent regulations (EU 1829/2003 and 1830/2003), thanks to the integration of a single system of traceability, LimaTrace. Also, all our farmers work under contract to LCI follow specific routes and techniques to comply with a code covering both the production and quality objectives of the raw material and the environment. This commitment to excellence is continued at the silo by adopting a policy of allotment and storage. This is a rigorous programme that allows us to offer high quality consistent flours with high functionality.
Our quality is a reflection of our cereal expertise. We have a deep-rooted philosophy of responsibility, anticipation, transparency, ethics and dialogue because day after day we look to the development of future products and to long-term relationships with our customers.
