Limagrain Céréales Ingrédients adds value to more than 120,000 tonnes of cereals every year. The proximity of our facilities, a few metres from our processing plants surrounded by the fields of the farmer members of our cooperative, allows the full traceability of all products: flaking grits, grits, semolina, functional flours, snacks pellets and granules for bioplastics.

In close relationship with our marketing teams, our researchers and technicians coordinate the programmes of selection and improvement for maize and wheat millers.

At the heart of our analytical laboratory, basic and applied research are closely linked (chemical analysis, study of texture, infra-red evaluation).

Our creative products are adapted for the industrial processes of our customers thanks to our extensive "pilot plants": a mini mill, extrusion, hydrothermal processing, and bakery...

The bakery laboratory, the convenience kitchen and a sensory analysis room, are integrated into our development structure, enabling us to test, "in real life", the organoleptic qualities of the solutions that we have created for you.
