Our unique ability to control all aspects of production from plant breeding, seed and grain production through to ingredient transformation helps us to deliver consistently high quality products time after time.
We also offer a comprehensive range of nutritional ingredients (fibres, wheat germ, wholemeal flours, wheat, barley, etc.) and functional ingredients (waxy functional flours) that allow a description of "clean label".
Tex-Mex
Thanks to the farigel process, coupled with specific Limagrain varieties, westhove products have very high value-added properties and functionality. We adjust the properties of masa harina doughs to meet very specific requirements for texture, strength and machinability.
